Andrew Rotter – President
The principal and founder of PSS, Andrew Rotter has over two decades of experience in sales management and sales. Prior to founding PSS in 2002, Rotter developed and ran telephone sales programs for Morningstar, Putnam Financial Services, and Michael Murphy. He holds a B.S. in marketing from Cornell University.
David Falkenstein – Sales Manager
David joined PSS from IBM, where he spent 8 years in the business consulting division. At IBM, David led a team that developed a multi-state software application for the U.S Department of Labor. He has a B.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
Todd Kabak – Sales Manager
Prior to joining PSS, Todd Kabak was a sales manager at I-NET Technologies, Inc. where he consistently met sales goals. He has a bachelors degree in marketing from Penn State University.
Roger Falkenstein – Sales Manager
Prior to joining PSS, Roger Falkenstein was a sales manager at a primary call center of Dell Computers. Falkenstein’s team of 12 Dell sales reps consistently exceeded sales targets for more than 3 years. While in college, Roger spearheaded a telephone fund raising campaign on behalf of the Rochester Institute of Technology. He holds a B.S. in finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
